Latest Projects

A Look at Some of Our Latest Work

Camelback Law Group assisted long-time client, Suncrest Real Estate & Land, in its acquisition of an assemblage of parcels in Lebanon, Wilson County, Tennessee.  The acquisition involved five landowners, two years of due diligence and entitlement work, along with negotiating and executing sales contracts with homebuilders and multi-family developers for finished lots and pads.

Ranchos Palos Verdes & Southern Ridge

Assisted long-time client with acquisition, and subsequent disposition of two multi-family properties consisting of 500+ units.  The sale involved a $70M+ 1031 exchange into new multi-family projects.  In addition to standard purchase and sale negotiations and preparation, CLG attorneys and professionals assisted with due diligence, title review, 1031 exchange assistance, condominium regime dissolution, financing and loan opinions.

Loan Opinion Work

CLG attorneys act as local counsel providing loan opinions for multi-family lenders lending on projects throughout Arizona.  In 2021 alone, CLG attorneys provided opinions on over One Billion Dollars in loans on multi-family projects.  The extent of their experience allows CLG attorneys to advise their multi-family investor clients on all matters related to the assets themselves, as well as how to streamline the financing process to avoid pitfalls and surprises.
